Fast. Easy. Downright Delicious. 

Today I did something that changed my life. I roasted corn on the cob inwards my oven. Yep , all of these years I've been  boiling my corn inwards carbohydrate , cream too milk too hence slathering them amongst butter like a good ol' southern girl. I honestly THOUGHT I had the best corn on the cob I've e'er tasted too was pretty darn proud of that fact.

Well that all changed when I picked upwards iv ears of corn to larn amongst my baked BBQ chicken & spud salad. Out of pure laziness I decided to simply throw them inwards the oven to roast , along amongst my BBQ chicken , yep husk too all. I'd seen those nutrient network chefs practice it a time or two. Although  I was for certain it wouldn't plow out equally expert equally MY boiled corn on the cob.

Yaaaall...honey allow me nation ya... I took that corn out of the oven , peeled dorsum the husk too sunk my teeth into super sweetness , crunchy even hence tender , juicy corn on the cob! It was hence beautifully golden! THE BEST CORN ON THE COB I HAVE EVER TASTED!! And at that topographic point is simply something well-nigh eating corn on the cob spell using that corn husk equally a holder that makes you lot feel...I don't know....healthy too earthy...like somehow you've done something expert for the planet.

It didn't fifty-fifty remove whatever butter or extra fluff.. It was elementary , pure too fresh...exactly the agency corn should taste.

 Sooooo my query is...Why haven't you lot all told me that this method produced such delicious corn on the cob???? Not advert it is hence freakin easy I almost experience guilty.

Is it incorrect that I made these iv pieces of corn for everyone inwards my menage unit of measurement to relish but I ate them ALL! Ingredients
4 whole ears of corn
 
Directions

 

Step 1.) Preheat oven to 350. Wash corn nether cool H2O & pat dry.




Step 2.) Remove the silky tip of the corn too whatever leaves growing off the husk if needed.



Step 3.) Place the corn directly on the middle rack too roast for thirty minutes.



Step 4.) Remove the corn from the oven too allow cool.


Step 5.) Peel dorsum the corn husk. The corn silk should slide correct downwards amongst repose amongst the corn husk. Use the corn husk equally a handle.



Step 6.) EAT!!! No remove for butter or spices! Yummy!!!
